Beautiful Home in Dove Valley

I just closed on the sale of this home in Dove Valley, AZ and it was only on the market for a few weeks! That is not a surprise considering what wonderful condition the previous owners kept it in. I love seeing people taking such pride in their houses!

Sold in ONE day!

Here is a home in Gainey Ranch that I sold for close to $1.1 million on the first day it was on the market to the second showing of the day. As a realtor, that is a great feeling! The quick sale had a lot to do with the property's great location in Scottsdale, AZ and the great energy in the home that the previous owners created!
